Can anyone be sure to get my site on 1. Gogle page

    I have a blog on 2. Google page, for a keyword of 30 k exact searches monthly. I was thinking if I could pay to SEO company to get it on 1. page, it doesn't have to be 1. place. Article marketing and other link building methods stopped showing progress. Competition isn't that hard...

    Is that possible and how much could it cost?
