Can anybody tell me what I need to do with my blog?

    Hello All,
I own a blogger.com blog- http://webhealthcareforyou.blogspot.com/. The blog contains almost 100 Google indexed pages and 68 original articles. Since it was my first blog I failed to concentrate on a single category and gathered all the articles of different category. The blog neither have any traffic record nor earning. I earned so far ~$5 in these 2 years.

So anybody if you have anytime please visit the blog and ask me what I need to do with the blog. Since there are 68 original articles I can not even forget about them.:D

One more thing, can I sell the blog? If yes, then anybody has any idea where to sell blogger.com blogs. I know this forum mainly concentrates on wordpress blogs.

So if anybody have got any idea just post a reply or PM me. I would be really helpful.
    Regards,
    wordpecker

You technically don't own the blog since it's freely hosted on Blogger's domain, so it's not legal and a violation of their TOS. I'm sure people do it behind the scenes, though, since it's easy to add a new administrator.

I guess you could take the content down and use the articles for a new blog. (Be sure to delete the posts so there isn't duplicate content.)

Or even better, you could buy your own domain name cheaply right on Blogger and it will still have all your articles. Then you can try to build readership and you'll be able to sell it some day.

It looks like you need to get more links pointing at it.

A few directory submissions, preferably high quality directories relevant to your niche, a few posts on do-follow blogs and maybe also convert some of the content for use on Ezine Articles (and othes sites like it) with desired anchor text in the signature. That will get you a few links for starters.

ajwalsh is right, though, you'd be better off getting your own domain and hosting then using the articles on a new blog.

You can find out about importing Blogger to Wordpress here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content

I'm afraid selling it isn't much of an option, as among the biggest factors in buying a website are page rank and traffic. Other factors are the domain name and age, which doesn't apply if you're using Blogspot.

Does anyone know what happens if you choose the option to upgrade to your own domain name with Blogger?

You just pay for the domain but they continue to host it from what I understand, so you have your own domain without having to pay for any hosting. If this works, I feel it would be a good option for OP. Anyone know for sure? I've never done it.

I agree with everyone here, I would simply get your own domain and hosting. Install wordpress (most hosts offer a way to install via fantastico without knowing much) and then continue your blogging journey there. Simply post on your blogger blog a link to your new blog indicating you moved :)

Seemed to have lots of content but just not organized properly ...

    1. Upgrade your blogspot to a self-hosted one. Wordpress is good ;)
    2. Have a own branding of your blog - that will help alot ;)
    3. Avoid putting too many posts in the home page. Lots of clutter.
    4. Bold important keywords
    5. Poor utilization of adsense. Only one block is there. - might want to revamp your positioning of your ads.
    6. Do article submission when you are satisfied with your content
    7. Partipate in discussion or groups
just some ideas off my head haha but obviously there are more than this that you can do

From what I see, big G took your blog away from indexing, also you don't have links pointing to it. Your posts don't have any replies, ratings and such, you didn't even add any tags to them. You have already great number of articles, so use them if it's your own unique content and start posting to the best 7-10 articles directories with link to your blog. However, assuming your google status, make another one now! But the concept is the same, keep posting to them and in a while you'll see difference. This is free, but time consuming, you can't post all your articles in one day.
All you can really sell is your content, separately or in a packages, your blog unfortunately has negative value.

do this with your blog, go to ping.fm and submit it, but first link all your social networks in there. give it a while, and it'll get around
