Can anybody tell me good high PR quakity sites for press release.

I am submitting press releases on various sites.
but I don't have quality high PR sites.
And the sites on which I am submitting press releases are not giving fast
approval.
So can anybody tell me press release sites which give fast approval for my press release.
And plus press release sites which has high PR.
And sites has to be free sites(no payment).

 

Most require 2 days to make it live, otherwise you must pay a fee.
