If you don't want to use CSS, just remove the LINK elements.

First you should figure out your keywords to be optimized, then analyse your competitors to get a proper keywords density and learn their advantages. After that, rewrite your site's meta tags and page body.

Use SEObook keyword suggestions tool and find some lower ranking keywords and try to rank #1 for those.

You know, I was just about to tear you a new one for posting this tripe, but it's Sunday and I'm in too good a mood (despite having limited Internet access over the weekend).

But you called me out, so I'm going to answer anyway. Dreamweaver is a piece of CRAP. As in "Clinically Retarded And Pathetic". It doesn't produce HTML -- it generates garbage. For crying out loud, even when I didn't know HTML to the extent I do now I could produce better markup than that steaming pile of manure could barf up.

As deathshadow likes to put it, the only thing that Dreamweaver will teach you is how not to build a Web site. Oh, and if nobody could teach HTML, then how in blue blazes did the people who created the horrid fetid abomination that is Dreamweaver know what the tags were, much less when and where to try and include them in the first place? What about all the people who wrote books on the subject of teaching HTML?

HTML is another word for webdesign.... it takes a few good learning efforts or even more than that.... Dan allow me to make an apology and in no way did I mean any strife... youve been a great asset to my own learning curve here at DP... so let that be known... and im no ace ventura - dam sure no top grade coder .... in a nut shell ... if design and coding where made for an average JOE everyone would be doing this including my grand mother ........ ...HTML is a very serious attribute surrounded by a team of no brainers ...that cant blink... thats from coding alone... you can admit to that.//// ....trying to capture the eyes and minds of web critics.... I highly consider my self a real player in design .... and seo is my way of getting the code out..... im sure you'll agree why play with HTML if your site wont get any viewers?? to the credit of web designer and new born web masters.... taking a plunge into design if quite often devalued by ones mis connection called my site gets no traffic....

If your coding html seo would be why wich stands for search engine optimization - with that in play seo needs to be why you create or learn HTML learning hot to build pages and indexex that power your site main domain will ensure your html a success......................... this is my version HTML but the tools you use to code a site should one that enhances your goal... SEO

Basically, you have to know about meta tags, meta description, keywords and title when its come to ONSITE SEO.
meta description - Summarized part about your site
meta tags - some tags (Including keywords)
    keyword - your keywords
title - title of the webpage

Also, you have to make sure that the content of the web page should be fresh and unique.
