First off - why on earth do you write in that ridiculous way. The end result of this should be that you show well in search results for relevant and popular searches, get more traffic and everyone is happy.
You can't just say, "tell me about SEO". SEO is a technique which is hard to learn and I doubt anybody will just tell you their SEO secrets. You have to figura out yourself and in google are plenty explanations on how to do seo.
