Can anybody help on setting ads on Blogger blog?

    Hi, I have been having problems with setting up
    co-op ads on Blogger blog installed NOT on
    blogger but external host.

    According to the isntruction setup,
    it can be done, but no matter what I tried.

    It does not work...

    Help?
