Can anybody guide me how can I recover some of my deleted files. I have also emptied it from my Recycle Bin. Otherwise I could have restore it from the recycle bin. Please give me a cost effective solution and easy way to recover the files as I am not much technically sound. Thanks in Advance for all your help.

my favorite is, restorer 2000, search in google, you will get it, it's free! i have used it, and it works, i have restored a lot of deleted files, which were deleted months ago!
i use Recover My FIles, got bak close to 7)% of the contents of a hard disk that i accidentally formatted. at $70 it's rather expensive, but it's powerful enough (and the fact that i'm always accidentally deleting stuffs) it's worth. if you have friends who are accident-prone you can even make money charging them for recovery! (i'm doing that)
I was also looking for a good data recovery software and downloading both "Recoverer 2000" and " Recover my Files". Hopefully they will work. Tried "Iolo Search and Recover" but of no use.
