Can anybody do cartoon drawings?

Can anybody do basic cartoon drawings such as the animal ones at http://www.firstdogonthemoon.com/CartoonsMore.html ?

I need maybe 4 - 6 simple cartoons for a web page. Maybe more depending.

Thanks but I don't much care for being sued because of breaching copyright. I know someone that had to pay $1200 for that privilege.
