can anybody Build an Image overlay script?

    PM me if you can do this script.

    - User uploads pic
    - Selects from .gif images uploaded by admin
    to overlay & position on his already uploaded pic.
    - Submit
    - Resulting in .gif image

    Can be javascript, php or whatever.

    is this for protecting images from theft? if so watermarking is enough?
