    Hi,

    There are two website :

    First website having 15000 traffic and Second website having 5000 traffic. But the first website is having page rank 3 and Second website having the page rank 4.

    Why is it so?

    There could be a gazillion reasons for this.

    I'll list one.

    Both could be targetting different keywords, and might be in different positions in the SERPS.
