Can any programmer develop a tool / script like this ?? (downloads generator)

Im looking for some script that can generate downloads from the torrent site mininova [dot] org.

For example, when you access a specific torrent page in mininova, you can see how many times this torrent was downloaded. A download is counted when you download the small .torrent file, but it only logs one download per IP.

If this could generate like 100 downloads per hour it would be fine. I think this can be done with a php script, not sure tho. By confirming the tool works, I will pay.

Are you looking for a script that goes onto a website and 'downloads' a file? I can't see this as being a tool that would have any ethical use.
