please tell me what's the reason.

 

The main reason why it dropped from PR1 to PR0 is probably because of the Google penalty the site has

I think you need to optimize your site because without SEO it is very tough to get PR and all other SEO values. Also check your back links by the tool www.backlinkwatch.com, that where you are lacking behind by your competitor.

try to build links for your website
