    What do you mean by "banning" problem.. that's not very specific. I got a couple accounts banned because I had multiples. I didn't talk to customer service, but most people say they "allow multiple accounts" so they might un-ban it if you tell them it's you. Their concern seemed to be that they might be fraudulent and not that I had several accounts?
