i am new here, i wanna know that what procedures should follow to me to index a page in search engines, suppose i

wanna index this page http://www.myquest.in/myquest/fengshui.html then just tell me what should be done by me.

Amit, there are a couple of ways of doing it. One way is to submit your site directly to google. Just search for 'submit to google' and you will find link to go to google's submit page. Or you can also try to go to www.google.com/webmastertools and try to submit a sitemap for your site over there. Another good way is to get yourself listed on some very high page ranked directory or some site like squidoo and you will get automatically indexed by google.

No need to submit the URL just build backlinks pointing to that page. Forums posting is the best way to get your site indexed quickly by putting it on your sig. Another way is to create site map for your site.
