    Can any one tell me about free hosting website which agrees DMCA Policy

    I need a free hosting website to create a forum like katzforum allowing visitors to post movie download links
    Most free hosting website i searched did not allow website which linking to copyright files

    So plz any one tell a free hosting website which allows website linking to copyright files undre DMCA Policy

    I don't think DMCA does not have a policy which says, pirated content linking allowed.

    I think you need a offshore host which does not agrees to DMCA policies..

    NO host will agrees DMCA notices. You can host warez on offshore untill you get DMCA notice.

    I think you have missed somewhere.

    Most hosts accept DMCA notices.(even they are offshore.)
    But some offshore hosts ignore them. And they don't have problems ignoring them. But when you come to onshore and recieve a DMCA notice and then you ignore it, there is the begin of end.

    And if some offshore provider who ignores DMCA notices and they recieve a complain about you for hosting warez, they probably won't terminate you. But read the TOS and see they are allowing warez and all that.

    You would need to find a free host located offshore where DMCA doesn't apply. Those free hosts usually don't care what you host on their servers.

    I would recomend host from asia or russia.They usualy dont care about DMCA.I think you should ask them before you purchase your hosting plan.
