looks nice, easy to use, loads quickly. only thing i would say is that where the text appears on the 'your url' part it should be higher as its not in the center.
Just my opinion 1) Background gray doesn't looks like it blends well with the red. Need to experiment a little with the colors 2) I don't fancy the logo. I think it would be a good consideration to change it. 3) Footer copyright information font size looks similar than content font size. It should look good if kept smaller. Whoops! looks like an uncompleted site Must be in the making. Tried a few links

Layout 4/10 I go with ddave Header is good but if you do some tweaking with menus and fonts the site will be more user friendly and give u more clicks. please accept ddave recommendations
I like the look. Clean and simple. My only recommendation is that some of the text needs to be written because of the grammar
My advice would be - less image objects on the website is better. It should be a bit simpler design for such service. What do you think?

The layout looks good, but when you click the copy button next to a generated url it doesn't copy the url to the clipboard, it just copies "text" to the clipboard.
no nosleepno it copies the url also, i think this is not compatble with all the browsers... i tried it with IE7
