Can any one help me in Sitemap?

    When i submitting my sitemap.xml it shows like

    <url>
    <loc>http://www.inletdental.net/</loc>
    <priority>0.7</priority>
    <changefreq>daily</changefreq>
    </url>

    Here i am doubt , if i change my title ,description for every month it will automatically crawl the changes or if i re-submit my sitemap it took long time to index

    Is there any Solution for this

    Why are you changing your title every month? do you mean your home page - can you not just add new pages with new titles and buld up the site. Can you provide a link to your site.

    i think you don't need to submit the sitemap again. it will crawl automatically.
