good can help in this regard to find the list of high PR website. But as per my experience ..... there are so many list available on the internet with hundreds of website link's Which show's the Hing PR for more website. But it's not a good idea to believe on that list to judge the high PR for listed website, for that you must yourself try to find out the PR for that website. The best way is do this is using the Google toolbar on your web-browser to check what the exact PR. Or you can use any other option for the same, there are lot's of tool there..

I wonder how many people were dumb enough to pay for a PR7 link to a site with fake PR? I'd suggest you unsubscribe and find some other part of the internet to troll and defraud.

 

You can scrape lists of directories with scrapebox, and then sort by PR, you can get a couple hundred over PR5 if you put some time into it. Almost all PR5+ will nto be auto approve as the directory owners will only accept proper submissions ot ensure the quality of their directory

 

it think if your content are really strong then using some seo factors you would defiantly can increase it....

High PR directories is a joke. If their main page has good PR, but your link is deep on page without PR and same pages has many other links, you get 0.
There is no high PR directories, unless they will place your link on that high PR page and only yours.
