    Just register in Flixya
    And follow the TOS they are giving you
    Upload your photos and videos. Upload some good videos.
    And than you can apply for account through them.
    You will get your account and place your ads in your site also.
    No need to buy adsense account.
    If you are good enough for Adsense, they will approve your account. They dont charge any thing for your account.

    Never buy from unregistered entities. They are all cheat. I too have been duped. They just copy pasted your name & email ids in adsense screen and send it to you as a proof. You can't do anything after you send them a payment.
    Also I want to tell all:
    1) Almost all of those who are doing this illegal work are Muslims( from India & Pakistan)
    2) Most of the buyer who get duped are also from India

    Here the tip that i do. Register a blog on blogger.com >> Go to Monitize tab >>> Apply for google adsense >> Take that google adsense account to use in any website that meet the google adsense requirement. Good luck
