Can Any One Explain This Message

    After get this message , my account get suspend. According to my webhost , my account hacked. My all websites get suspend automatically or suspend by webhost , don't know. Above message shows in "My services" in WHMCS. I do not know what should i do. The above message shows what? Is it hacked or some thing ..........

    Yes, the most likely one or more of your websites have been hacked and used for sending spam. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to unsuspend your account so you could fix security issues somehow. It seems you would need a qualified webmaster's assistance to do it (or an appropriate hoster's support service might be available)

    They have create my another account but they are not upload my backup. Acc. to them , hacker may put the virus or key in there. It is not possible for me to read millions of lines.

    Better If you could ask them to give you the backup, or use R1 Softback If available in your cPanel, yes they are right, there is something injected in your web pages to create spam or micellinious files etc, If you can download the backup, get it, scan it with some good antivirus and reupload, you dont need to read all the files, also get yourself registered with google webmaster tools so your website will be in monitoring for such malware and whenever you get infected it will inform. Please backup a clean copy and save in your HDD.

    Why not you go to the report? www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBL174400 - review it and take action and request for removal to spamhaus to unblock your IP. A good provider does not suspend instantly and at least give 6-24 hours timeperiod to their customers to remove the sql injected materials or, spam from your site.
