    First, you must do an SEO to your website for long-term, and PPC for a short-term traffic.

    In a nutshell. Do SEO. Start with on-page optimisation, then do off-page optimisation, whihc is essentially building backlinks.

    As John06 said, Pay per click advertisment could be a short term solution.
