    Here's a simple way to optimize your pages:

    1. Choose one keyword for each page
    2. Use that Keyword in the Title tag
    3. Use that keyword in the H1 tag
    4. Use that keyword once or twice per paragraph
    5. Use that keyword in the anchor text of all links pointing to that page.
