Can any body from india helps me to deliever payoneer card at his place(I can pay)

I am applying for payoneer card and i am from pakistan.... I can deliever it in my country but the problem is that i can't verify and withdraw money from my paypal with it... so i need an indian based payoneer card so that i can verify my paypal and withdraw money from it....

If any body is interested in helping me out i will pay $20 to him....

No, basically i need an Indian guy who can allow me to deliever the card on his address and than to post to me...

All the information on the card will be yours .....

The person who have sense can do this because no body can touch his self if u do a fraud.... where i am no at that negative line but just saying that.....
