Can another one open me a paypal account?

    i am not in the us and sometimes i login the account no problem with diff ip
    works fine for me

    hi, good question. i found out that you can only have 1 account per bank account. i found this out when my wife tried to open her own account using our joint account. doesn't work. so you might have to open another bank account and probably a new email.

    You could always use a proxy to log in from another country. PayPal also has a multi-user function, which lets multiple users log in to your account and you can limit permissions. I see no reason why PayPal would ban foreign IP addresses, as it's meant for people who wish to allow their support team limited access etc.

    There's nothing wrong with getting your friend to accept money for you, but they'd have to withdraw it to their bank account and then transfer it to you, as PayPal won't let you withdraw to a different countries bank account. As long as you trust them, I see no problems.
