Can an Opt In Page Get SEO? Is it Possible?

i am wondering is opt in page able to be seo? my opt in page is only a short bullet point and with email and name submint form... no other link on page..

 

you can make any webpage page search friendly..

if the meta tags were the only important factors, then no one would bother with content and other on-page optimization. you need content on your site to get ranked well. if you are targetting some obscure term, then that can be different but for keywords with a little search volume, you need seo optimized content on your site.
