Can an adsense ad at the top of a page turn Spiders off?

I just placed an adsense ad on the top of my page 468x60 banner. Being that its one of the initial things that search engines see...can the spider choke on the javascript and stop indexing the page? What do you think? Thanks in advance!

they don't 'choke' on it, they simply skip past it and don't index it.
