The white house is cracking down on websites that link to sites that offer TV and sports streaming. There have been a lot of affiliate companies that offer affiliates the chance to promote sites so fans can watch the games online. Can affiliates now get in trouble for this, or do they mean the ones hosting?
They would look at both those that host the content and those that promote it. The bigger prize and thus the hardest action will be against the hosters but if they don't remove the promotors then the affiliates will simply switch to another hoster and the problem will continue.
Wow, even the affiliates? What if they took this serious and stopped promoting these type of products? Affiliates are simply marketing and looking for programs to promote. Now if something like this happens, and they ignore it, then i could understand.
When affiliates sign up with lets say clickbank there just looking for a product to promote. The Satellite to PC products were popular and hyped up from within the marketplace on clickbank.com for years, and still now. The Stream Direct is popular. I don't think affiliates switch to the next hoster or are familair with that. They go to clickbank, see how its hyped up and a nice looking site, and promote it. The site says free to air channels and that its legal. Anything illegal clickbank should not allow in their marketplace. Affiliates dont know that
