    $1,000 a month is only about $33 per day, so that's quite easy, if you target non technical people from western countries with your content and if you can get a few thousand unique visitors per day coming from search engines you'll have your $1,000 per month and more. Easier said than done, but very possible, don't need high IQ to achieve this (I'm glad)

    Hmm depends on what a lot is...currently I am on schedule to do over $7000
    this month with only 2 sites. Just added a 3rd site last night so we will see
    how that helps the rev this month.

    You can get a hosting reseller account for $25 a month. You can then host 1000's of websites quite easily and make much more then $1000 per month on adsense.

    $1,000 a month is nothing, most people should be able to accomplish this easily, they just need to think outside the box.
