can adsense help with google rankings?

    I don't think so.

    I think it is different bots that crawl Adsense on web pages and
    different bots for search engine ranking

    Google adsense has no relation with google ranking. Google adsense is mainly for ads and capturing lead while google ranking is to rank website based on backlinks and keywords relevancy. Google adsense is one of website/blog monetization method and it can bring nice income if you have massive traffics to your website or blog.
