Can AdSense go on this site?

I'm hesitant to put AdSense on this site (I have it on the forum though), does it classify as a "link farm" ? It's not like I added random links or anything, users had to submit them and go through an approval process similar to a link directory - it's just got a little twist to it.

I'm just wondering DP thoughts? I get faster response here than I do from Google.

    Thanks a lot!

Read the TOS at Google Adsense. I think, they don't allow Link Farms, but you can try :)

i wonder what will happen when you will have 10000 websites? you will display alll on the front page? if you don't have any information,it is not allowed .you have only links.make some pages ;)
but,you can add the adsense,to see what will happen.and probably if they don;'t like your website it will close the ads for that website, not your account

I dont think that google will permit such sites to show up google ads. It is a link farm. I think the website has it's pr axed by google since it is a link farm.

there is no way you can use adsene on that page as you have no content and its basically a link farm - its not even comparable to a directory as it's just a flat list without categories etc

for your forum you should add a privacy policty to comply with the adsense TOS

I must agree with the above posters. If you want to be able to display Ads you need to ad quality content

Thanks for all the replies! I will keep ads off the main page then. What about on my "content" pages such as "News" "About" "FAQ"? Those don't have any banners on them, just content. So would this be applicable?

@ response to the PR: it hasn't been "axed" by google - the domain was JUST purchased 5 weeks ago. There hasn't been a PR update in forever, so we will see the PR in a few weeks hopefully.
