Can Adsense be used by underaged?

Ive been wanting to try out Google Adsense but never thought i could cause im only 14. Ive heard that other underaged people have started account like that 15 year old girl who made the neopets site.
Any information would be appreciated! Thank you

 

Yes you can start one underage but i would suggest you use your parents names incase you start to make 1000s and then get asked for ID. Basicly i own a hosting site which would be perfect for you to start your first adsense site with as its free and i know kids dont have cash! feel free to sign up its in my sig below

 

Yes it can, but it's technically against the rules. If they were so minded they could ban the account if they discovered your dishonesty, but that's very unlikely.

 

Of course it is countryboy i am sure they dont ask for ID of all of there millions of adsense users as it would risk them messing up big time!

 

Erm, thanks Shaun. I'm just qualifying your wishy-washy half answer by pointing out that although it's possible, indeed widespread, it isn't technically allowed.

 

I am 16, and i use adsense, i just asked my mums permission, explained what the program does, and she said yes. I used my mums information, and i earned that way!

Ok so what would be a decent site to make an adsense account on Blogger or Blogspot would they be any good?

You can't technically be underage and be getting paid using adsense, but you can get ur mom, dad, older brother or whoever to do the deed for you. Just make sure whoever you get to do it is somebody you trust and wont blow ur cash
