Can adsense ban you if you are considered to be spamming? Such as using myspace to promote your site via bullitens?

Just don't risk it. Promote your site normally.

If the spamming results in a huge amount of increase in traffic, then yes.

Prevention is better than cure, so before making promotion, tell Google.

Adsense is already scrutinizing all Myspace sites, especially those with sudden explosions in earnings. You add Bulletin "advertising" (i.e. spamming) and you're dead meat.

How does the bulletin advertising work? Is it the lot of the clicks that come from non-referrers that causes suspicion? I've heard of instances where email drops have caused bannings due to the influx of new visitors.
