I don't think so, I do not see how adsense will interfere with any spamming complaints from craiglist. They are totally unrelated entities.
If you mean, you generating artificial traffic to your site through spamming CL, then yes, i believe they certainly can, referrer origin is a sensitive issue.
Adsense has nothing to do with it as long as you do not advertise your site in click excgange and traffic exchange services..
I've gotten way too many e-mails from people spamming their sites on Craiglist and getting banned and reading countless threads here to think that it's ok even for a second!
The quote is directly from the Google Terms & Conditions so they can cancel anyone at anytime for any reason they want. You would probably get away with it for awhile but sooner or later they would catch on so it's best not to take the chance.
If this is true then people will start to spam craigslist with their competitors URL in order to ban them.
I would say yes! Only if a person that recieves spam complains directly to adsense and shows them the violation, with that persons PUBID # I have complained to adsense about a site that sent me 50+ emails and I showed adsense my logs and I checked the site a monthish later and they had adbrite running. Was it me? maybe.... Do I feel bad? Nope....
