Can adsense ban me for creating a separate website and link to same content as my first website

    i have a niche content website and i want to create a different website but i want to link the pages to the original site for downloading the content. Can google adsense ban me for doing this?

    i am also creating another website that will offer dvd downloads, the dvds are not hollywood movies they are street dvds does anyone know if adsense allows this or if this breaks the terms of conditions of google adsense? also the downloads will not be hosted on the website or the server if this info helps
