I joined Adengage in November and since then I have seem some strange things. First of all I sold an ad. I approved it, saw it on my website and saw it receive clicks. After 2 days, it vanished from every statistic I have, including the income report. So I asked Adengage how come? Never got an answer. Now, they say they have a new algorithm and that they had to adjust my past earnings. Ok, no prob, I can understand that as it had something to do with click quality and they of course have to keep the advertisers happy in everybody's interest. But since then, my income has been changed daily!!! Every single day, they remove a few cents per click here or there, just so that my RON income stays below $10. It's a lousy income anyway, horrible CTR, very low payout per click, but it's the ad selling I'm after. However, if they can't be trusted on the R(un) O(f the) N(et) department, can they be trusted further? This is very frustrating, specially because they don't bother to answer mails. Anybody else here have experiences with Adengage? Should I kick them? If so, what to replace them with (Adult oriented content! no porn though), preferably something paying via other means then check.
They take too long to list sites if the site doesnt get a ton of traffic. They cater more to large sites IMO. With only a couple thousand uniques per day I won't get more than $1/day so it really isn't worth it. The larger sites seem to perform well there. Gl
I have just received notice they have sold out. I was with them before I suspected my earnings were being doctored, and they never replied to my suspicion so I left taking 2 advertisers with me. Adengage then quickly contacted me asking why I hadn't excepted these advertisers renewals, I replied stating because your support is lousy, I suspect my earnings are incorrect, and the advertisers are now with me privately. They wanted to sort it out but I didn't because i was getting their cut which was more than I was being screwed out of.
