Yup. Salute to women or lady. They can do it. Like the famous Susan Thunder, or the Grace Hopper the inventor of COBOL, few blog by Julie Lehrman, Amanda Murphy and Kimberly L. Tripp. They are very well-known too. I think in the world of internet, it is a fair play situation, all human are equal, no matter man or woman. But i do respect women that work hard for it. SALUTE Again to all woman and lady in the world.
perhaps there are less women in the business today , but in a matter of a couple of years, i belive their numbers will multiply and more housewives will get into the trade too.

Yup. Some even not using their real names or even known as a guy name too. Women have great sense of creative mind thinking and they are good if they really learn to do SEO or as a webmaster.
i think we have a few ladies here that are webmasters, no matter how much you say we have equal right as women, the sad thing is, that most of us are still chained to the cooker and handcuffed to our children. women tend to do the caring jobs like teaching, nursing, Dr's, job that involve contact with people, not a machine. sad but true. maybe we will get treated as equales one day, but i dont see it happening in my lifetime
Women should be treated as equal nowaday, cos in some country or any part of the world, some women tend to go works while the husband stay home cook, look after children but not having baby Women of all world. Well respected to you all. Like mom, she is a women too. and thats why i respect all women for all their hard-effort and care for their husband and loved one. Even Cleopatra can be the well-respected till today.

of course!! women can b a webmaster too.... there's an equality and everybody can experience that....
There are a lot of female webmasters, but a) you won't always know someone's a female here on DP as an example, unless it's obvious (due to general anonymity), and b) a lot of them have their own groups (it's a big thing with work at home moms for example, and they don't generally network in "webmaster forums" but rather wahm forums and such, where they help each other out and learn how to run and manage their sites - women are social creatures, and tend to hang in smaller niche groups than a lot of guys do).
