Can a website like this get me banned?

    i've made a website using Google API for search engines and it's like a google clone but at this one, after you search something, you will find on the results page my ads at "sponsored links".

    is it ok to do something like this?

    an AJAX Search API Key will display search results on your page and its legal by google. however, whether you can run adsense on that site or not, you better confirm with adsense.

    No, you can't put Adsense Ad Units there. Ad Links maybe, Ad Units, no.
