What is vcc and do they actually work? Are they safe? I don't have a bank account and just got my paypal yesterday. Are there any other options for me to verify it without one? Need it verified to but a domain, etc... Also if highly respected member posts and confirms they work, do you have one to sell?
Well, I don't think I'm trusted enough (lol), anyway, I never had complaints on my website where I sell VCC. VCC : Virtual Credit Cards, the ones I sell are Visa, you can add them to your paypal account like any other CC, so if your PayPal require that you add a credit card and a Bank account (like for USA, UK, AU), a VCC only will not work. Do a VCC fit to raise my sending limit on Paypal? Currently my sending limit is $0.00. My problem is that i´m not a US resident and got a US paypal account with assets.
How did you get a US paypal account? (assets?.. :/) And yes if you are a verified user you have no limit..
Yes the limits will be removed, but you are in danger, Your account may be limited at any time because PayPal checks IPs.
