I want to take this site http://www.100percentile.com/iitjee in Google top 10 on this keyword IITJEE. I have completed my on page optimization. Submitted my sites home page url (http://www.100percentile.com) in to directories. Bookmarked my site pages in to social bookmarking sites. but still my site is not in Google top 30 on IITJEE keyword, now what should I do to take my site in Google top 10?

In answer to your first question (the title), yes, a subdirectory can rank in Google results. There is no way to guarantee your site will get in the top ten, just normal SEO you will hope will get you there. :)
And, as always, *content* is the key. Good content (and lot's of it) = good ranking

Yes.. Subdirectory can rank in Google results.. As IITJEE is a very rich keyword you have to work hard to be there in top 10..
