well...great that you've made money froma single blog..but the thing that really matters is traffic...the more traffic you get is equal to the more money you earn..simple.
It depends for which niche you are going for. I mean, "financial" i probably more expensive then "cool pictures". Update your blog very often, promote articles and that is it. It is better to get on that kind of blog 2 clicks than 10 clicks on some wallpaper or similar website.

It does depend on your niche and your ad placement and blending and what you offer your visitors. If the content is decent enough to where they want to learn more about the subject, the targeted ads will usually prompt them to click out to learn more. That you are focusing your niche helps a lot too. The health niche is a profitable one too so that helps obviously.
That's great earning. you can earn this ammount only in case of concentrating on quality articles and good traffic. some higher pr can also help you to earn more.
