Can a professional php programmer help me ?

    I have a problem and want you to help me

    I want to capture video from webcam using php and store it in file to retrieve it in any time; can i do this by php?, is there any tool helping me to do this?.

    please if you know any thing about this please tell me.

    i am not sure if this is simply php... i think its more complex then JUST php... ill look into it for you though

    PHP is not meant for graphics, it is a script based macro. If you want webcam capture, flash is the easiest way.
