Can a phpBB forum or a customised ASP.NET forum ever be valid xhtml/css?

    I'm pretty sure that back in the day when I used to use phpBB2 I had it validating xhtml. It took quite a while though to pull it off.

    I don't see any reason why not. phpbb is open source so you can fully edit or customize your template files.
