Can a PHP coder code the following jobs.....

    I posted a topic in the other forum category about whether there are any image hosting watermark scripts or press release scripts as described here:

    Seen as though no-one has answered that post to whether there are ARE scripts like that,i thought i'd ask if anyone can code the 2 scripts from scratch or by modifying an already made script for US$10 each.
