I need to add funds to my verified Paypal account. I am a Non-US citizen and so adding from a bank account is not possible. Is there an alternative?

Well... since you have a CC , you can always make the payment via CC using paypal but you cannot add funds to paypal account using the CC .

Hmm, never questioned myself, does this mean if I weren't a uk verified account holder I would not be seeing an "Add Funds" on my PayPal members page? Is it just US and UK accounts that are given the option to transfer funds into from from a bank account?

You can pay me with a CC, then I will transfer that amount to your Paypal.
You are covered because you can file a chargeback

Paypal should consider adding all countries or at least give options to add bank account to other countries except US and UK. Looks unprofessional really

Paypal has to abide by local laws and financial regulations in order to deposit/withdraw from a bank account. It may be too complicated, too much red tape, too costly or have too many fraud possibilities to do it in all countries.

..and you can add Canada to your US/UK list. :)
