Rules Can a mod/admin explain what i did wrong ?

I've received an infraction for the following:

I've created a post looking for a forum poster in the category services -> Content Creation. The description of "Content Creation" is:

"If you are buying or selling content creation services this is the place. Things like blog posting, forum posting, article writing, etc."


This is the post i created in that category:

(I posted i needed an forum poster ..)

I really thought that is the correct category so i wonder if any mod/admin can explain me what other category i should've chosen if not that one ?

Moderators won't give you a "thread started in wrong category" infraction and leave it in the wrong category. The thread would have been moved from somewhere else...

 

Ah, so it was probably moved to the correct thread ? But shouldn't that be seen somewhere it was moved ? I honestly thought it was in the "content creation" category created.

 

I would just do the same as I did and learn from it, I had 4 infractions on the same day and didnt think I did anything wrong but after READING THE RULES and getting to know how the website works I got to grips with DP and I have not had anything since then....
