Can a keyword expert help me figure out KEI? Getting KEI 67 on 1 and 8000 on another

    I am new to keyword research and I am using the KEI formula:

    Searches * Searches / Number of results

    One of the keywords I was exploring has a KEI of 67, which is bad, as the experts suggest KEI needs to be higher than 100. However, another keyword that I was exploring has a KEI of 8000. To me this seems odd, but I checked the calculations and they're correct. Can someone help me figure this out via Private Messaging as I don't want to post the keywords here? Thanks :)
