Hi, I have some typo domains of insurance company's. They are dutch by the way.. but is there anyway they can sue me for registering typo's of company's.
For example company.com ==> conpany.com. Can they sue me for registering these kind of typo's?

If they do so depends totally on the company. Some simply won't care and others will sue as soon as they find out you use their trademark.

You should really go through Shawns "Winn & Sims" experience. He wrote an entire blog about it, if memory serves here: http://www.winn-and-sims.com/.

    Yeah, they can sue.

But, keep in mind, anybody can sue you at anytime -- even if they're wrong. Some large corporations do that because they know the smaller companies (or individuals) can't afford to represent themselves and give up quickly.
