Hi there i wanted to contact paypal,then i find the option Refund/Cancel Payment so the affiliate company can cancel a payment they they paid since about 10 days? coz i asked my affiliate company to cancel payment and take the money from paypal....then to send them to my bank account what do u think?
The refund option lets the seller make a refund on funds received, it does not let the buyer refund/cancel a payment made.
Depending on the circumstances of your limited account, you can still refund payments made to you. Find the payment in your paypal account and see if it has the "refund" link at the bottom.
thanx Vic Mackey the money status is: Temporary Hold, and when i click Resolve i see these options::: Please provide some additional information about this transaction. 1-I have not shipped the item yet. 2-I shipped the item(s) and can provide tracking information. 3-The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund. 4-None of these options apply to me. I dont have any open disputes to see the exact wording, but if you had the option to refund you would see it there - 1 isnt the refund option. Looks like you have lost the ability to refund that one. Next chargeback I get I'll take a screenshot - you wont need to wait long for that I bet, thats the problem with electronic delivery goods

No, they cannot do that without your consent since it is your account. Did your affiliate company use Mass Pay to pay you ? If so, it should not have caused your account to be limited. By the way is your paypal account verified ?
