I'm interested to know if in example, the NCB (National Carrot Bear) is a big beverage company with NBC on all of its products, can there be issues if I open my beverage company named MCB (My Cereal Bear). I'd also be thankful if someone could refer me to a legal act that says in favor or against on the subject.

Two familiar phrases: likelihood of confusion and trademark infringement. Well,
potentially, anyway, the former where it all boils down to.

Google Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act if you're in the US, or the
Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) if it's a CNOBI domain name.
