Can a CD be repaired?

    The top reflects the laser of your cd drive, hence if it can't reflect the data cannot be read. HEEHEE

    for cd's the info it at the top on the film, for dvds, the film is encased in the plastic.

    It can't be repaired IMO. Try to copying to other CD as someone already said. Give it a try and let us all know its outcome.

    it is not possible to repair your CD you can copy information from CD to your computer
